Lloyds Banking Group interview questions

There was an online survey that you complete firstly, then an online interview with one person, they were friendly and interview seemed relatively informal, they asked a few questions and interview lasted 45 mins. They start off asking about hobbies.

Applied, HR call then face to face interview with 3 people. Dived straight into technical questions, I was challenged 20 mins in on not selling myself well even though they did not start with talking about what the role entailed. Felt it went well but 2 of the 15 or so questions they were dissatisfied and i did not get the job.
