I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group in Nov 2023
Interview
It was an online interview, and they watched the video questions they gave for two minutes and answered them in a minute and a half. They asked a question about dealing with a hypothetical customer, who answered a question about wanting to run the company in an eco-friendly way and asking what to do about it.

Interview
Telephone interview followed by an on site with multiple heads of department. Seems a nice place to work, salary however too low for what they were expecting from a candidate.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Bristol, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
A hackerrank coding challenge that was perfectly doable for anyone knowing basics such as loops and recursive functions. There was also a bunch of tests meant to assess personality and ability to work in a team - think selecting/ranking prompts about your working patterns/how you'd react in particular professional situations. For part of it you were answering by video recording yourself, which I found surprisingly difficult. At the end of the process they tell you they'll send some feedback for you but they never did.
