Interview
Applied online. Got a response a day later asking me to schedule an interview online. Showed up a little bit in a advance. The interview was quick and scripted. Questions were: Why Macy's? Tell me about your professional background?, Tell me of a time when you worked in a team and what were your goals?, Tell me of a time when you sold something? ,How would you build client fidelity and make customers come back to you specifically? Are comfortable applying make-up to other people? The interviewer explained that this was only a preliminary interview and that if I was selected I would have to meet with the cosmetics sales director for a second interview.

Interview
The Interview process went very well. The manager who conducted the interview was very precise and knowledgeable. Our conversation went along just as that; a conversation. It was effortless at the end of the interview I was asked to meet with another manager where she proceeded to ask me more questions pertaining to my aspirations and career goals. At the end of my 2 hour interview I was asked my salary requirements and when my schedule would permit me to begin training.
