Macy's Retail Sales Associate interview questions

The first hiring manager I encountered, the minute I walked in, I knew she wasn't going to hire me. All the questions were standard and she didn't show any interest. The second time I had an interview, a different more jubilant hiring manager promised me a position but when I called back a week after, he said they weren't hiring. Sometimes dealing with hiring managers is more difficult than the work itself.

Everything was nice and organized. The second I walked into the room to inquire about my interview I was meet with friendly faces and quickly set on my way with my interview. However while the help and personals in the area I was interviewed in were fairly friendly they actually interviewer them self was rather unenthusiastic and uninterested. He basically asked a series of question straight off a piece of paper in successions that were practically almost the same question at times.
