Marks & Spencer interview questions

Went well, followed a booklet of prewritten questions. Took about 30 minutes, questions differ based on whether they have facilities such as a bakery, clothing store, etc. Friendly team, not intimidating.

Quite informal, the interviewer write your answer in A4 white paper and asked around 5 short questions. Better arrive early as the staff won't directly take you to interviewer, just giving guildline and you need to find the ways by your own.
