Marks & Spencer interview questions

Was welcomed by a friendly manager and went through a pre-set list of questions about various competencies, previous experiences, and hypothetical workplace situations. Was assured I would get some response positive or negative within a week or so, a month+ later I haven't heard a peep - I understand it's a busy time, but a small boilerplate rejection email would have been enough.

Completed online assessment and given a report back about your personality and strengths and weaknesses. Was asked to go for an in person interview which I received very positive feedback for during after the interview. Was hopeful for a position but was never contacted again.
