Marks & Spencer interview questions

The M&S interview process was very easy and straightforward. It involved a short, friendly conversation focused on availability, customer service, and why I wanted the role. The questions were simple, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the overall experience felt supportive and stress-free.

A very comfortable and relaxed interview the questions are all designed to workout if you fit the role and have the skills to do the job. Being 1 1/2 hours long you need to be relaxed as if your not it could become quite intense.
