Marks & Spencer interview questions

Well I had a phone interview in which I was successful and got told to come in for an assessment day. In which there was a role play exercise involving me being a sales advisor and a customer coming in and saying they needed food quickly for a party that night what would I recommended. There were cards lay out on the desk and I had to choose the relevant ones which were quick and required the least prep time.

The interview process was up to standard snd you could tell the interviewer is an experience recruiter. She has passed through stages of employment, knows all the weak point of candidates and she takes time to explain the difficult section with ease.
