Very long questionnaire involving situational judgement and personality questions. You get invited to interview straight away which involves a roleplay where you have to help a customer plan a dinner party 10 minutes before the store is about to close and basically upsell everything. I think thats the most common scenario people get for the roleplay but it may vary depending on time of year and location.If you pass than then your line manager is called up for a chat.
