Meltwater CSR Customer Service Representative interview questions

4 interview rounds including an initial phone interview. Lengthy interviews with multiple staff covering the same content. The final interview in front of 4 person panel scheduled for 90 mins consisting of interview and "role play".

Interview with HR/Recruitment team first and then the hiring manager. Interview with hiring manager was pretty straight forward. The interviewer was nice and seemed genuine in listening to what you had to say (like your background, motivations, etc.). A couple of situational questions were also asked. It was with the HR representative/Recruiter gave a bit of off vibes, which is what made me feel not as excited about the company or the potential opportunity.
