Meltwater CSR Customer Service Representative interview questions

Applied online. Reached by HR through E-Mail and arranged for first round with the hiring manager. Upon researching on both the HR and the hiring manager found out that the HR is new recruit and the hiring manager is just a peer with less experience. The interview went really well. Was too comfortable and we had a very good talk. Answered all his questions and met expectations. But I had this thought that this person who interviewed me will not proceed my application because am A. I was more experienced than him In this field. B. He is threatened by my experience in both field of work and the country. It’s such a shame that the HR arranged interview with a peer With less experienced who treats me with more ego and why wasn’t the interview protocol followed well ? I wasted 1 hr of my time for this nothing. Highly disappointed by the HR who DOESNT know how to organize the interview based on the profile. The only reason I was not proceeded To the next round is because of this so called hiring manager who is actually not the one. I loved the job so much and it was such a value ad to my career progression HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the hiring team. Please don’t do this to others.

I had a phone screen interview. Then was moved on to a group interview. The group interview had 4 other candidates and 3 people who work at Meltwater. The group interview was not effective and unprofessional. There was barely any chance to speak.
