Meltwater CSR Customer Service Representative interview questions

1 phone screening, a group interview (part of it was a single passion speech and the next part of it was a group presentation on a client that could benefit from Meltwater), then a panel interview if you're invited back. More like a grilling than an actual interview but I digress.

It was a group Interview, you get partnered with a random person and work on a case study to present to the panel. Then there is a debate on a random topic. Later on, you are required to do an elevator pitch. Only if you pass the group interview are you allowed to meet 1:1 with the interviewer.
