Had 2 recruiter calls and then 3 individual 1:1 interviews. Each 1:1 took about 30 min and all were recruiting managers. Each interviewer was managing different recruiting teams and probed into different focus areas: strategy, collaboration, and candidate experience.

Question 1
How do you manage your time? What do you know about interview bias? Have you had a time when you took initiatives? What does candidate experience mean to you?
The interview process took about 2 1/2 months. First a Phone screen with a Sourcer. If you pass the interview then you will interview with a Recruiter. Then you will have a Full loop with 3 managers. If for some reason your interview did not go well, you do not have enough signal, or they cannot determine a team for you, then you will have a Follow Up interview.
The difficulty level was average and there were a lot of situational questions. Be ready with a lot of examples for every situation you've experienced before at your workplace and how would you handle those.
