The interviewees mainly focused on how you would assess and react to different scenarios when it comes to sourcing/recruiting candidates.

It was a 4 step process that took over a 1.5 months process to complete.
Started out with an info event at their office to meet their current global team.
Final step is 3 parts over 3 hours with different managers from the organization.
