Meta Technical Sourcer interview questions

3 Rounds of 30 min Behavioral/Recruiting Topics. The Questions are focus mainly on providing Candidate experience, and getting the qualified person for that position. The interviewees mainly focused on how you would assess and react to different scenarios when it comes to sourcing/recruiting candidates.

It was a 4 step process that took over a 1.5 months process to complete. Started out with an info event at their office to meet their current global team. Final step is 3 parts over 3 hours with different managers from the organization.
