Meta UX Researcher interview questions

Recruiter screen, technical interview, presentation to a panel paired with 4x 1-1 interviews. Then there's a hiring decision, which is contingent on you matching with a team. The whole process is very drawn out and poorly organized. Mine took 9 months.

The recruiter call was great. The person on the phone was excited and super responsive to my answers. The round with the UXR where I needed to respond to the scenario where “engagement with the platform stopped entirely” was a challenge. The researcher didn’t seem responsive, was uninterested, kept interrupting only to get back to what I was talking about 2 questions later. Safe to say, didn’t get the job.
