I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Microsoft (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
1st Round - Phone Behavioral, simple questions about myself, experiences, situational ones
Final Round - 3 back-to-back interviews, problem-solving, behavioral, personal character ones. Was tiring considering three one-hour interviews back to back to back.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Microsoft (Villa Park, IL) in Feb 2021
Interview
Applied via website. Recruiter reached out about 3-4 weeks later. Went thru virtual Interview Loop within the week. Met with 3 HM over 3 hours. Included ppt on MSFT and the Modern Workplace. All HM were extremely personable and easy to speak with. Overall it is a very lengthy process ~10 weeks in total. Recruiters definitely leave something to desire. Rarely responded to me and I only reached out a couple times. How hard is it respond with, received and working on it?
