The interview process is thorough and intense. I spoke with many team members across all levels - the hiring manager, head of sales, head of success, success team, sales team, and finally the CEO. After a view video interviews, I was asked to prepare a mock QBR for a panel of judges (the CS team). After passing that technical skills test, I was brought into the office to meet with the team in person. Miro takes their interview process seriously and isn't afraid to ask tough questions. They care a lot about who they add to the team because team work is so critical to how the CS team operates.
