Own Company interview questions

I had the worst experience I’ve ever encountered during this hiring process. The process was overly complicated, involving multiple steps that felt clunky and unnecessarily drawn out. A recruiter repeatedly reached out to confirm my availability for a panel interview, but when the scheduled time came, no one showed up, and no communication was sent to explain the situation. Despite my multiple follow-ups afterward, there was no response. This level of unprofessionalism was incredibly disappointing and reflects poorly on the organization’s recruitment process. Clear communication and respect for candidates’ time are essential, and this experience fell far short of those basic expectations.

15 minutes of intro on the interviewer and company and position 10 minutes of past employment questions 30 minutes of technical question exercise the last few minutes were for talking about my career goal and the reason i am looking for a new job.
