Paysafe Distribution Operations Specialist interview questions

It was a 2-stage interview via Teams plus a social visit at the office. No typical competency-based questions but I really got the feeling the interviewers wanted to get to know me better to establish if I was the right fit and vice versa. It was conducted by genuinely lovely people who seemed to have been selecting potential employees based on the positives rather than the negatives.
