I went through 3-4 rounds of interviews, starting with an initial recruiter screening, followed by a 1:1 discussion with the hiring manager, then a technical/logical reasoning round with the VP. The final stage was an in-person HR round, where I had the opportunity to meet the hiring manager, VP, and SVP.
Overall, it was a great experience. The interviews were well designed, thoughtfully structured, and genuinely thought-provoking. The questions and discussions felt refreshingly different from traditional interview formats and focused more on how I think and approach problems, rather than rote answers.
The recruiter was extremely supportive throughout the process, providing clear guidance on how to prepare for each round, which made the entire experience smooth and transparent.
