The initial round with the Product managers was really professional and the approach was great on assessing the skillset using scenario-based questions. After clearing the round, I had to meet the HR and another amazing professional attitude. But when it came to the Product Head, the interview was scheduled and he was late by a few minutes (very normal). The introduction started with the Product Head's LOUD YAWNING and it went on and on for the next 40 mins of conversation.
The questions were all based on knowing the personality trait, my education, my expertise on technical documentation. I had to rush out of the venue after the interview as they had some FireDrill. Great!
I had to follow up for the next few days for the feedback and the Product Head is too busy to provide any feedback on the candidate. Even HR's were reluctant to ask the Product Head for feedback (DISGUSTING!!!!!)
And finally, on the weekend I get a message from the third-party consultant that the technical team has rejected my candidature. AWESOME!!!!!
Who is this technical team? Why the Paysafe HR couldn't provide me with the feedback directly when they were able to call me and schedule my interviews?
Please value the candidate's time, it is not that the candidate doesn't have anything else to do and your Product Head is the busiest person in the world. It is a minimum human courtesy standards.
