Question 1
'Describe a time where you had to make a difficult decision.'
'Tell me about a time where you made a mistake.'
'What are the safety hazards to look out for in a warehouse'
Firstly HR/recruiter reaches out to you asking for a face to face call.
Then a quick call with the recruiter and this is when they mention that there could be a presentation but in their words its 'only 10 mins'.
After the first round interview, you then get an email saying its 45 min presentation. The recruiter mentioned that it was only between me and one other person which I later realised was not true since the hiring manager said there were many others.
There was a lot of back and forth with various people as the recruiter left the company so I would say this was a negative and really unprofessional process.
