Interview
One arriving at the store, you will have to ask a member of staff to let them know you have an interview. They will then take you to the staff room. The whole interview process is fairly easy and straightforward, and is point based ( they do not tell you this, but the pass mark is around 16 points). I got asked about "what I knew about Primark", in which I mentioned when it was found and by whom. Also scenario questions such as, "you are part of the fitting rooms, and all the fitting rooms are full, but there is a long queue. What should you tell the customers who are waiting?". Just make sure you get to know your interviewer, and ask questions for them at the end.
