I applied online. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
It is a very thorough process.
1. a personality test
2. a reasoning test that felt more like I was playing a difficult brain IQ game than applying for a job
3. Phone interview
4. Panel interview
I received emails (form letters) throughout the process stating that I had a positive interview experience and that potentially someone will reach out to me

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
Prior to being approved for an HR screen, an applicant must successfully pass an “entrance exam”, where various skills from math to writing are assessed. If the applicant passes the exam, they are moved onto an HR screen. This is followed by a series of interviews with various managers in the company. If the applicant passes that portion of the process, they are invited for a final multi-person interview, it used to be a full day onsite. If the applicant passes that, they are considered for a myriad of positions, and teams (depending on geographic preferences). Once a location and position are selected, the applicant will interview with HR for that specific team and then assigned a role on the team.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Prag) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview was very nice and easy-going. The interviewer made sure all the provided information were clear and easy to understand. The meeting was held in English even though the job is placed in the Czech republic. Questions were not easy, but probably because I am not a native English speaker.
