I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Aug 2019
Interview
ONLINE TEST, flash game where you have to memorize sequence of dots, how a code change a series of colored shapes, and so on. It's embarrassing to say the least. Totally waste of 40 minutes. HOW ABOUT you test my knowledge of the field and not the speed at which I can calculate x*y-k=34 without using same numbers.
I guess I'll
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapur) in Jan 2018
Interview
Nice interview, the interviewer is very smart, asked both motivational and behavioral questions. It was not that hard, but they will ask you to elaborate on your answers and fill in quite some details
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapur)
Interview
I was internally referred and invited for online PEAK assessment, which was an utter horror as 1/4 of the questions are structured in an extremely ambiguous way. For instance, they'll ask you to rate how does a particular statement apply to you by selecting agree, strongly agree, disagree, etc. Then the statement is something like this: "I always plan my work, but sometimes I fail to stick to my plans." So the question is, if you select 'agree', are you agreeing to 'I always plan my work', or 'sometimes I fail to stick to my plans'?
The reasoning test was fine and I was confident that I did well. Then I was informed that my online test failed. So my question is, how can the HR count on the personality test which might not even be a good gauge of the candidate's characteristics because of the ambiguity of the questions? I sincerely urge the company to rethink about this.
