I applied online and completed and online assessment. A few weeks after i was called to do an in-person test. After, i received an email saying i was invited for the first interview.

Describe a time you took initiative to do something?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Stockholm, ) in Mar 2016
Interview
1- Phone screening interview with HR (1h)
2- Written Reasoning Test (1h)
3- Once RT passed, given access to the interviews: 2 to 3 rounds of interviews on-site the same day (2 to 3h)
4- References checking (spanning 24-48h)
The whole process took 4 weeks, with about a week in between each stage.

Question 1
For the on-site interviews, P&G uses specific frameworks which the HR will inform you of in advance.
In a nutshell:
- The interviewer will ask situational questions such as "Tell me a time when... You took the lead on a project" or "Tell me a time when... You had an internal conflict and how you resolved it"
- The interviewee will need to answer following the CAR model: Context, Action, Results.

Interview
Apply online at PG careers with the ABM code, online assessment, and 2 interviews. The first interview was on the phone. The second was in person with two people. At the second interview, I had to take a second assessment, which was timed. Both interviews were similar in style. They each lasted about 45-60 minutes with room for questions at the end.
