I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
I got invited after I passed the online assessment, which consisted of personality test (get familiar with the success drivers communicated on the website before!) and a figural reasoning test (which isn't too hard if you get used to such tasks before!).
At the HQ of P&G, I had to succeed in a longer paper-pencil test, which consisted of three parts: numerical reasoning, figural reasoning and logic-based comprehension. After having passed this one, three interviews were conducted.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapur)
Interview
Rigorous & standard process for all candidates. It starts with an Online screening (for basic numeracy/language/reasoning), followed by a similar written/paper test done on site. For candidates that pass this initial screening, he will proceed to up to 3 rounds of interviews -- where the interview process/ style and nature of questions are similar.

Interview
The interview questions were competency-based. Prior to that, you would have gone through a test and filled out a form. The interview just rephrases what you see on the form. And really, it depends on who interviews you. I only had one interviewer and it lasted somewhere around 45 minutes.
