Due to the program they use for testing I have never passed the test for the second stage. They should modify they rules they are loosing a lot of talent because of that.

1. Submission of forms on the career site. 2. Taking the success factors exam online- pay the required attention and find the right time for it because they get back to you only if they see you are serious about it . 3. Psychometric exam at company's office- it wasn't that hard as i expected. just practice a lot of basic math problems and try to expert the abstract part, you can find a lot of material online. there are 40 questions and 65 minutes and they. there is no minimum score for each section, only the total right answers counts. 4. Fit Interview at company's office- in English. a lot of behavioral personal questions about your past. i didn't pass that interview, can't really tell what was the reason. good luck =)
