Procter & Gamble Assistant Brand Manager interview questions

Online and in office tests (numerical / logic) and then 2 interviews. Interviews were behavioural, i.e. questions on how you approached different situations. They are focused on the areas of the company's success drivers, which can be found on the website. Process was not particularly difficult, but was pretty slow.

Interview was purely personals. Interview was strictly of the pattern where the interviewer keeps asking instances where you demonstrated certain qualities, had to work under pressure, had to handle a tough situation etc. The questions that had to be filled out as part of the online application form were reviewed in detail during the interview. I stuck to the same answers that I had given to the questions while filling out the form, though I believe that they are open to other answers too if you'd like that.
