I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Oct 2011
Interview
P&G interviews follow the C-A-S formula.
They look for : Context, Action, Result
On your interview evaluation form, your interviewers will actually write out these letters and take notes for each part of the formula. They will probably also do that right in front of your which can be distracting.
As you tell your stories you must present your answers in this way or your interviewers will not no make a note and you will see blanks on your interview eval. They are very prescribed in looking for all three parts and are especially keen on looking for the result of your actions.
I found it to be disappointing that they were so rigid in their interview process since I have some entrepreneurial experiences that didn't quite match the formula and that was viewed negatively.
My interview was about 40 minutes and I got about 9 "tell me about a time" questions. I interviewed at one of the large career fairs and found my interviewers to be more interested in who was walking by and not maintaining eye contact with me.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you came up with a creative solution
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Jul 2011
Interview
I've applied online. Got an e-mail with a link to their success drivers test and a reasoning test. After finishing the online tests I got an invitation to do the IQ test on-site and 3 interviews. The IQ test is pretty straightforward and quite easy (just a little bit more difficult than their practice test). 65 minutes in total for three parts: maths, logic reasoning, inductive reasoning. After passing the test I had 3 1:1 interviews, each lasting for 1 hour. The questions are all behavioral and focused on past experiences. All the questions related to their success drivers: 1) power of minds 2) power of people 3) power of agility. They find leadership qualities extremely important, so prepare enough examples to illustrate your leadership qualities.

Question 1
Give me an example about a time you had a clear vision and you had to convince your team members to go along with your vision
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Warschau, Masowien) in Jun 2011
Interview
During the application process I had a positive impression of the company. People were professional and communication between us was good. My advice is nothing new: prepare very well! Use questions you can find on this website, most probably you will have very similar ones during the interview. Most of the questions asked are behavioral.
