Interview
I passed the first interview. The key is to practice your stories before the interview. Sample questions from previous interviews are all around the internet and I haven't asked any question that is not existing on the internet. Find every former question & take ss and then start preparing your answers. Make sure you give clear answers and don't forget to pinpoint necessities in the job description and company policy. Highlight those in common and show you are a good fit. Prepare your stories with many details but use the ones you need for that specific question, you can tailor your answers to many questions in that way. and be honest about yourself, they will be asking further questions to see your character more clearly. They want to see if you are a good fit for the company and your personality. If you can't find an answer to the questions, you may ask if you can answer the question in any other way that fit your story better.

Interview
The interview process with the hiring managers was more of situational based Q&A on leadership qualities.
You are required to hand in a short Q&A sheet prior to the interview where they would bring it to the table. However, you’re encouraged to bring in new examples where you have demonstrated the skill sets they ask for. As they believe in seeking leaders who have demonstrated qualities, it would be tough to find an example if you did not helm a role before.
Overall, it was a challenging but a good learning experience

Interview
1 on 1 video interview due to Covid-19 with 3 rounds, where they would ask similar type of STAR (behavioural questions) with the camera on. The interview generally lasts for about an hour, with about 6 to 8 behavioural questions.
