Went through three rounds of interviews! All with different people–––Brand manager, regional director, category director, but it was one on one.

Question 1
First two interviews were basic behavioral "define a time when you displayed leadership... etc", you can find plenty of these online. Last one had a bit of a situational aspect, like "if you were in a situation where this this this, what would you do?"
Great interview experience, all the interviewers were very friendly, respectful and helpful. They really want to get the best out of you. The interview process consisted of 3 interviews. It took about 8 months to get an offer

online assessment followed by 3 interviews. For the online assessment you need to be focused and spot on as it checks your logical thinking and memory as well as personality traits. Interviews are with different managers/directors from various business units, one at a time. They are extremely nice and the whole conversation is not stressful at all. Each interview has 7 questions, 5 behavioral and 2 situational.
