Procter & Gamble Brand Manager interview questions

I prepared for the interview, but got unexpected set of questions unlike from what I've read from online forums and heard from peers. The interviewer was kind and patient though.

After passing an online exam, 3 interviews are done in a row each with a more senior manager. The last interview was with the country CMO. Then, they called and let me know that I was successful but they can only sign "conditional offer" for now. It means that they hire you only if they have a position in 1 year. I spent at least 5 hours of interview with this company. After one year, no, they did not call me for Brand Manager position. I have been only called for Insight Manager position after 11 months.
