I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
Multi-step but enjoyable interview process. Interviewers were very friendly and showcased P&G's culture. The process consisted of an online assessment, in-person first round interview, in-person assessment, and final corporate office interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when... (you managed a team, motivated others towards a common goal, etc.)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Orlando, FL) in Jun 2019
Interview
I am very qualified and if I had the chance of speaking with someone in person, I would have blown their expectations out of the water. Instead, they made me spend an hour answering "very likely, very unlikely" type questions, along with IQ puzzle memory and balance tests. There was also math based puzzles. I take these tests regularly to improve myself and always score extremely high. This made me realize when they declined me as potential employee, that the test was just given to everyone. Was a big waste of energy, and unfortunately I was not given the chance to interview in person. Never a call.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Seoul) in May 2015
Interview
online application with resume - reasoning test (including English test) - 3 on-site interviews (with Team Leader, Associate Director, and Sales Director). The process is same for internship.

Question 1
P&G interviews always focus on behavioral / personal fit questions based on your own experience rather than business knowledge or insight.
e.g) Why Sales? Why P&G? Tell me about a time you overcame difficult situation.
