I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Online interview with two interviewers, overall was an hour long and asked very in-depth behavioral questions. Even when I was done talking they looked like they wanted more. The two interviewers took turns asking the questions. Make sure you know your resume really well. Mostly behavioral questions.

Question 1
What would you do if someone on your team wasn’t fulfilling their role?
After applying online, I received an email a few hours later to do an online assessment. There's a 30 day window to complete the assessment. I completed it a week later and have yet to hear back from them (it's been 3 weeks). I checked my application status on the careers website and it still says active. I understand that I shouldn't worry because it may take P&G up to 30 days to hear back. However, it is quite unusual since they changed the job title to 'immediate need' and I have no idea who to contact regarding my application that isn't Olivia (AI hiring assistant on P&G's career page).
