I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Tokio) in Feb 2022
Interview
Assessment Test → Behavioral Interview (1 hour)→Case Interview x 2 (2 hours) → Senior Partner Interview x 2 (1.5 hours)
An assessment Test is just checking whether you can handle multi-task and you don't have to prepare anything in advance.
A behavior interview asks you how you can act in certain situations you would face at P&G.
A Case Study interview requires you to prioritize multiple products based on the data of sales, profit, ad cost, etc.

Question 1
What would you do if the launching of a new product is delayed at the last minute of delivery to retail stores but all the stores are already prepared for new advertising?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
Actually I only got through the application, but that included a behavioral questions test that felt somewhat embarrassing. The interesting part is that supposedly they would get back with some result or further task within a month but took a number of months (but did get back). They made some donation to a water-charity for my filling out the application, though, and that's not nothing. I might have had a skills test as well.

Somewhat ranked above you (and high-performing) continues to take soda without paying for it after you already warned them that they would be fired if you did this. What do you do? (4 options).
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2022
Interview
Got an email after turning into my application, it's a link to an online test. It's estimated to be about 20 minutes long. I didn't know it was just about personality. Basically how you deal with some issues during work.
