I applied for an internship in the Philippines: 1. Online assessment (numerical, verbal, and abstract reasoning; memory and spatial reasoning; personality and behavioral traits) 2. 3 rounds of interviews with a manager, senior manager, and director, respectively

Very hard, difficult interviews. Multiple rounds. There is a hard test too you have to take before you get to go through any of the rounds of interviews. It has a high barrier of entry for a reason.
