The first step, after submitting the CV and online application, are the online tests. They are quite demanding, so I would recommend that you practice a bit: you have YouTube videos of people solving the tests, so you can use that, it’s enough. Then, I was invited for 3 interviews where I was asked about me, previous experiences and also what I would do in a certain situation.
