It was overall professional, the staff were polite and helpful and the interviewer was patient and observant, it made me feel appreciated and listened to although I didn't get the position I applied to.

The company does not consider resumes of candidates. Immediately after I applied for a job, I received an email with the need to take a test, for which you have to spend two hours. Based on the results of the test, I received a refusal. The company does not value the experience, ambitions, and personality of the candidate, judging by the test results and not talking to the person in person
