3 stage screening process 1. online assessment: cultural and cognitive ability testing 2. interview with hr. hr was very friendly and asked behavioural-based questions 3. Interview with the vice president and head of marketing. was asked more technical questions relating to product packaging

I did online test first was mostly about the basic questions to test minimum ability in math Afterward, I did offline test which consist of 3 different parts(English, Math, The other one) it took about 1-2hours to finish, Then I could get the interview chance finally The interview had 2 stpes to proceed, But I failed for first step of interview So I can share only the first step here, Was all about fitness to the company Each experience they asked very details, I could come up with the thought and values I had that time, had to speek in logical and arranged way but I think I didn't that's why I failed
