There are 3 main stages: first you get to do a written problem solving an reading comprehension (focused on business issues) test. Once you pass the exam you are interviewed by one KAM / ABM, the questions try to measure your leadership skills and your personal strengths. After you successfully take the TOEIC exam you are finally interviewed by typically 2 team leaders and a director, these interview is aimed at understanding your thinking process, personal story and professional experience and if your values / beliefs match with those of the company.
