I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Santiago) in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online: Uploading resume and taking an initial 'personality' test. Got selected to participate in the written test at P&G's office. 65 min test, not very hard, but always practice measuring your time. Got a call from HR that same day to schedule an interview. The interviewers were very nice, they ask you about your life and what you like to do. Justify why you made some choices and how you accomplished them. I forgot to use the CAR approach deliberately, but I probably did somehow anyways. Still waiting to know about the next step, they said they are going to have an answer in a week.

Interview
After an campus interview I went down for a day visit. The day visit included a reasoning test, panel behavioral interview, conversations with current engineers, tour of facilities, and wrap up. The day visit an all-expense trip and included dinner and breakfast with current employees. It was obvious they were recruiting me as much as I was trying to impress them.
