I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Lissabon, Lissabon) in May 2014
Interview
Long interview process: starts with online questionnaires, then moves on to logical and reasoning tests in person, only then you can get called for the final interview. This final interview is actually 3 interviews, each with the approximate duration of 1 hour, with 2 interviewers in each. There was actually an issue with one of these interviews because one of the interviewers started to ask questions such as "Do you have a car?" (not a requirement for the internship); "Who do you live with?"; and "What do your parents do?". I presented my dissatisfaction with these questions to the P&G talent recruitment e-mail, and they were professional enough to not only agree with my disappointement but also say there were sorry for my experience, and they would work in order for it not to happen again.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
"What would you say was your biggest failure and how were you able to overcome it?"
Google-Style Questions such as: "You have 12 balls identical in size and appearance but 1 is an odd weight (could be either light or heavy). You have a set of balance scales and you have only 3 chances to weigh the balls in any combination using the scales. Determine which ball is the odd one and if it's heavier or lighter than the rest. How do you do it?"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Bogotá, Bogota) in Nov 2014
Interview
Online test, reasoning test, initial interview, english exam and panel interview. After that I passed through a medical examination that included drug test and posture examination. Online test was about taking decisions in different situations. Reasoning test was about math reasoning, abstract sequences and reading comprehension. Initial interview and panel were similar in terms of questions but different as the first one was with one interviewer and the second one was with two interviewers. English exam was easy, it only evaluates reading and listening.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Jul 2012
Interview
P&G visited our campus for their Interview process. The first step in the process is to give a psychometric test which deals with decision making abilities and your thought process. After this stage, the company calls the shortlisted candidates for an Interview. There were two rounds of behavioral interview, the 1st one being of 15-20 minutes and was 1 on 1, whereas in the 2nd Interview, a panel of 5 senior management level employees were present.
