I had a phone interview. The interview was a combination of behavioral interview questions and situational analysis. The first half was behavioral questions, and the second half was situational analysis.

Straight-forward behavioral interviews. The company looks for you to follow the STAR method when giving responses. Great experience. First round phone interview then in-person 2-1 interview. Got a great sense of the company and the culture through the interview process.
