they make you do a personality test after submitting CV and completing personal info. If you fail, you are banned form applying to their jobs for one year. The test takes around 20 mins and they are like what would you do in xxx situations

Two rounds of behavioral interviews. The first was on the phone with one person, the second was a video interview with two people. They asked the exact same questions in each.
