I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Minneapolis, MN) in Jul 2021
Interview
The most well-managed interview process I have ever been through. I applied online. Once my application was reviewed, I was invited to take two online tests- one asked situational questions and the other tested my ability to think quickly with numbers/memorization. I was immediately notified that I had passed and was reached out to by a recruiter a couple weeks later to schedule a zoom interview. The recruiter was incredibly helpful. She offered to spend 10 mins on the phone running me through the types of questions I would be asked. After my interview, she was great at communicating updates to my application and scheduling subsequent interviews. The first interview was with the direct manager I would be reporting to and an indirect manager. After the first interview, I was invited to have a second with some higher-up analytics folks. Both interviews asked why I wanted the job and had an emphasis on "situational/how would you respond" questions. The company really wants to understand how you can think quickly and problem solve. Be prepared to also say which office locations you'd like to work in. I was offered the role about 5 days after my second interview. The interview takes a lot of preparation, but will be doable if you're prepared. You can tell P&G puts a lot of thought into hiring the right people for the company.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2020
Interview
You have to pass the initial test in order to qualify for an interview. Once you pass that test, then you still have to get yourself an interview. My interview was for the broad role of Analytics & Insights Manager, not a specific opening. Then if that goes well, they'll try to find a specific opening for you to interview for.

I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Dubai) in Nov 2020
Interview
I applied through their website and was invited after half an hour to take their online assessments. I finished the assessments later that day and received an email stating that they will review my results and get back to me within 30 days. After 40 days I got an email stating that my results are positive and I completed the 2nd step of the hiring process. After 20 days I received an email telling me that I got rejected but I might be "moved" to a different role in the future. Still can't understand how or why this happened! please enlighten me

Question 1
The assessments focus mostly on behavioral questions to see if you fit their culture. There are a few math equations and other exercises to measure your ability to think fast and see if you can focus while multitasking.
