Took the assessment, and didn't hear back for a few days. Interviewed with one person, and they were very nice and was a good conversation. Asked typical behavioral questions. Then interviews with another person and was kind of the same thing with a little bit of situational questions.

Question 1
Behavioral questions. Make sure your answers are relevant to the job, even if you don't have experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toronto, ON) in May 2020
Interview
First-round was the ~60min cognitive/ personality testing, which is pretty much where it all halted for me and from what I read, others as well.
I find the cognitive testing absolutely useless and non-relevant to the job that I'm applying, I think P&G is missing out on a lot of great candidates that could have made the company great. Overall I found the experience negative and quite frankly demoralizing.
If this is a hiring model, I would say from an evaluation perspective your Precision is quite high, but your recall of qualified candidates is extremely low as you're not letting a lot of qualified candidates into your hiring process funnel.
