Der Test vor Ort fiel mir deutlich schwieriger als die vorhergehende (und kürzere) Online-Version des Tests. Man sollte sich daher gut darauf vorbereiten. Insbesondere die langen Textaufgaben kosten Zeit, die man ja nicht hat.

First step in application is applying on the site, and providing the basic information. After that, you do the online test, that is personality vise. If you pass that, you are invited to take tests at their offices. It is a 60 minute test with 40 questions regarding logical and numerical capabilities. The test is quite hard and you shoud take the practise thest to what to expect. If you pass that, you are invited to the interwies.
