The process consists from three steps. First one is behavioral test with many question where a situation is described and the you have to answer 0-5 how it relates to you. Then there is mathematic test, where you have three different tasks to solve. After that, you will be invited to interview. There are two interviews, one with one manager, second one with two. Both interviews are identical. 5 questions about your past situations, where you have to describe what did you do, or how did you solve some situation. After these, you have two hypothetical questions, where you have to describe what would you do while being in situation presented by interviewer.
