I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Weybridge, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
I was recruited via LinkedIn and had some tests online as well as two online interviews with managers. Then the Academy was two days. The first day consisted of a group task where they give you figures and show you how to work everything out then as a group you make final recommendations before presenting to staff. Then later you have the interview. The second day is to learn more about Procter and Gamble, they were taking people out towards the end of the day to talk which felt very off-putting, and generally, the two days felt very high pressure compared to other assessment days. It was a good experience overall and was great to learn more about the brands and how the sales business works but also exhausting and felt competitive.

Question 1
Tell us when you persuaded someone to see your way of thinking?
Had an online interview with a P&G recruitment manager - interviewer made sure I was relaxed from the start and it turned into more of an informal chat. Best recruitment process that I have experienced so far. Even if it doesn't result in a job, it's been good video interview practice so far and happy with the experience.
